These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the sr9999 platform and all services provided through https://sr9999.net. By registering an account or accessing any part of the sr9999 platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
The six most important things to understand before using sr9999. These do not replace the full terms below — please read all clauses.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use sr9999. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. sr9999 conducts age and identity verification and will suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each player is entitled to hold exactly one sr9999 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on sr9999 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied. Accepted payment channels include major Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
All bonus funds awarded by sr9999 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific turnover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sr9999 username and password. sr9999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
sr9999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or registered contact details. Continued use of sr9999 following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:
sr9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence substantiating any of the above representations at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the time requested will result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is entitled to hold exactly one Account on sr9999. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party, and whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sr9999 will close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all balances held within them, and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. sr9999 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information supplied by the Player.
3.3 Account Credentials. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be disclosed to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sr9999 support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). sr9999 operates a mandatory KYC process. Before any withdrawal is approved — and at any point where sr9999 determines a risk-based review is warranted — you may be required to submit identity documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of residential address, and evidence of your nominated payment method. Processing of KYC documents is conducted within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining Real-Money Balance (net of applicable wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sr9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sr9999 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform's current Cashier page.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via approved bank transfer or e-wallet channels are generally credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt by sr9999. Delays caused by the Player's own banking provider are outside sr9999's control. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and may be subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during sr9999 operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB daily) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB on the following business day.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Cashier page. Requests below the stated minimum will be rejected and returned to the Account Balance.
4.5 Transaction Fees. sr9999 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; sr9999 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such charges.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. sr9999 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or financial crime. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal may be requested. sr9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable international standards.
5.1 General. sr9999 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays and sporting events. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion on the Platform.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real-Money Funds. The applicable turnover multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum qualifying odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded game types do not count toward wagering requirements.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. sr9999 reserves the right to withhold or claw back bonus funds if it determines that a Player has exploited promotional terms, whether individually or in coordination with other Players.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress will expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance.
5.5 Withdrawal with Active Bonus. If you request a withdrawal while Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, sr9999 may, at its discretion, require that the Bonus Funds be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed, or apply the withdrawal solely to the Real-Money portion of your Balance.
5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. sr9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, sr9999 will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
6.1 General Gaming Rules. All games and betting markets offered on sr9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A wager is not accepted or binding until sr9999's system has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. Any wager that is not confirmed by the system — due to technical failure, connectivity interruption, or any other reason — is void and the wagered amount will be returned to the Account Balance.
6.3 Sportsbook Markets. sr9999 offers pre-match and in-play betting on a wide range of sports, including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup), badminton, MotoGP, basketball, and e-sports. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. sr9999 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend odds on any market in cases of manifest error, event postponement, or other circumstances outside its control.
6.4 Manifest Error. In the event that a game result, odds price, or payout is offered or settled due to a manifest error — including but not limited to technical faults, human error in pricing, or data feed errors — sr9999 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected wagers at the correct odds or outcome. sr9999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Players promptly.
6.5 RNG Certification. All instant-play casino games and slot titles on sr9999 use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game studios and represent long-run theoretical averages, not guaranteed outcomes on any individual session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of sr9999.
Game content, graphics, and audio provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used on the Platform under licence.
10.1 The sr9999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sr9999 uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sr9999 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures or connectivity issues beyond sr9999's reasonable control.
10.3 sr9999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real-Money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sr9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
sr9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the provision of the Services. sr9999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
sr9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, sr9999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by contacting registered Players via their confirmed email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. Any Real-Money Balance outstanding at the time of Account closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and sr9999 arising from the use of the Platform or the application of these Terms, the Player should first contact sr9999 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. sr9999 is committed to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial notification to sr9999, either party may escalate the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The costs of arbitration shall be shared equally between the parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
